Frequently asked questions

The questions our guests ask most often about booking, treatments and refunds. If your question isn't here, ask our AI consultant or leave an inquiry.

What is Kolgi Therapy?

Kolgi Therapy is a Korean hands-on treatment. Unlike a typical massage that works on the skin and muscles only, it also applies pressure around the bones. At Hera we offer it as a beauty treatment for facial and body contour care, with a facial menu and a body menu. How it feels and what you notice varies from person to person. We will walk you through the steps and the timing during your consultation.

What is the difference between 300 and 500 shots?

Our skin booster laser care uses a device — not needles — to help a skin booster ampoule absorb into the skin. A "shot" is one release from the device, so a higher shot count covers a wider area. We offer two options, 300 shots and 500 shots. Because no needles are involved, it rarely leaves bruising or marks and you can go about your day straight afterwards. We will help you choose the right one after looking at your skin during the consultation.

What is the full body aroma treatment?

Our full body aroma treatment uses plant-derived essential oils blended into a carrier oil and applied over the body. Rather than deep pressure to work the muscles, it centres on effleurage — long, gentle gliding strokes — so it stays comfortable throughout. The aim is simply to rest and enjoy the scent, so it suits guests who find firm massage too much. It runs as a 60-minute course.

What are your opening hours?

Our Myeongdong branch is open every day from 11:00 to 21:00 (all year round). The Incheon Airport branch is open from 9:00 to 23:00.

Where is the Myeongdong branch?

6F, With Building, 5 Myeongdong 3-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul. 5 min from Myeongdong Stn (Line 4) Exit 6, 3 min from Euljiro 1-ga Stn (Line 2) Exit 6.

Where is the Incheon Airport branch?

#304, Blue Square, 6 Yeongjong-daero 162beon-gil, Yeongjong-gu, Incheon — a 3-minute walk (about 200m) from Unseo Station (AREX Airport Railroad) Exit 2.

Is there parking?

The Myeongdong branch has no parking, so the subway is easiest — 5 min from Myeongdong Stn (Line 4) Exit 6, or 3 min from Euljiro 1-ga Stn (Line 2) Exit 6. The Incheon Airport branch does have parking, so you can come by car; it is also a 3-minute walk (about 200m) from Unseo Station (AREX Airport Railroad) Exit 2.

Can I move my booking to another day?

Yes. Just call us or leave an inquiry with your booking number and the new date and time — we move the appointment while keeping your payment as it is (no extra charge, no refund fee). Cancelling and rebooking may incur a refund fee, so please ask for a change instead when you only need a different date. Note that switching branches (Myeongdong ↔ Incheon Airport) does require cancelling and booking again.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel within 7 days of payment and before your treatment, you get a full refund — that period is protected by Korean law. After that, it depends on how far ahead you cancel: 15 days or more before, full refund; 8–14 days, 70%; 4–7 days, 50%; from 3 days before through the day itself and no-shows, 10%. If we cancel for our own reasons, you receive a full refund. If you only need a different date, please ask for a schedule change instead of cancelling — we move it keeping your payment, with no fee.

How can I reach you for a consultation?

The quickest way is to leave an inquiry — our staff will check it and get back to you. If you would rather call, please check the branch first: Myeongdong is 010-6740-4061 and Incheon Airport is 1522-3660. You can also reach us on KakaoTalk open chat, LINE, or Instagram (@hera__brow).

Does a semi-permanent eyebrow treatment hurt a lot?

How much you feel varies from person to person. Being run down or having inflammation on the area is said to make it feel sharper. We will walk you through how the procedure goes during your consultation — please tell us beforehand if anything worries you.

How many days until it looks natural?

It usually goes like this: days 1-3 are red and tender, days 4-10 the flaking comes off and it can itch a little, and between day 10 and a month the colour settles in. Fully settling takes about one to one and a half months. It is best not to pick at the flaking during that time. Everyone is a little different, so we give you aftercare guidance after your session.

How long do semi-permanent eyebrows last?

Semi-permanent eyebrow treatment places colour just under the surface of the skin, so it fades naturally as your body absorbs it. It generally lasts about one to two years, and after a year a little over half the original colour usually remains. It varies a lot from person to person depending on your skin and daily habits. Once it fades, a touch-up tops it back up — our own criteria and touch-up guidance are given during your consultation.
